Jeffrey A Zimmer, Partner
Jeff is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Miami, University in Oxford, Ohio. Jeff joined Merrill Lynch in Cleveland as an account executive in 1980. His 25 year Merrill career involved management positions in Arkansas, Texas, and he spent the last 13 years of that career as a Managing Director in Chicago. After a brief retirement, Jeff joined Ausdal Financial Partners as a Regional Vice President serving as a Business Development Officer, a Due Diligence officer as well as an Independent Financial Advisor. As an advisor, Jeff's practice is financial planning based and he views himself as his client's CFO and life coach.
Jeff maintains an office in Downers Grove, Illinois and lives in Columbus, Ohio with his wife of 46 years, Debbie. Their daughter Jackie is a partner in Atrium, a national product marketing, design and distribution company in Columbus, Ohio. Their other daughter Kim, is the Director of Technology for the Aspen School District in Aspen, Colorado. Jeff is an avid golfer who loves spending time with his two grandsons Parker and Bennett.
Rick Orr, Partner
Rick is a native of St. Louis. Missouri. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Missouri. With over thirty years in the financial services industry as a financial advisor and leader, Rick takes a comprehensive view that incorporates a planning-centric philosophy. He appreciates the opportunity to serve clients, where their success is measured by the quality of their lives and their peace of mind. Rick is currently a Vice President and Principal of Ausdal Finanicial Partners.
Rick enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years, Renee, and their two children, Ryan and Caroline (who are not really children anymore) and has an interest in personal health and wellness. He enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly on a lake anywhere in Wisconsin. He is also a volunteer serving those who have served.
Robert G. DeVita, Partner
Rob has spent the majority of his life in the western suburbs of Chicago. After studying Biology/Health Sciences at Eastern Illinois he transferred to Illinois Benedictine where he was an All-American linebacker. After two years of Professional Football, including one with the Seattle Seahawks, Rob entered the Financial Services Industry. He has spent the last 30 years as a financial advisor and has held several Executive Management positions in the industry. In 2010, Rob joined Ausdal Financial Partners as an Executive Vice President, Principal, Due Diligence Officer and independent financial advisor.
As a financial advisor, Rob is planning centric and thoroughly enjoys the depths of his client relationships and guiding those clients to their life's goals.
Rob lives in Sugar Grove, Illinois. His daughters Emily and Grace are both college students and his third daughter Isabelle is a high school senior.
Though he rarely has the time, he loves fishing and golfing.
